PUBLIC CONTRACT (OFFER)
for the provision of legal services for the execution of documents
1. General conditions
1.1. This agreement is a public offer of Shlyakh do Mrii.O.K. LLC (hereinafter referred to as the Contractor), in accordance with Art. 633 of the Civil Code of Ukraine, and is directed to any individual or legal entity (hereinafter referred to as the Customer).
1.2. Full and unconditional acceptance of this offer shall be deemed to be the performance by the Customer of any of the following actions:
Placing an order on the official website of the Contractor;
Pay for services using the specified details;
Signing an application to join this agreement.
2. Subject of the agreement
2.1. Under this Agreement, the Contractor undertakes to provide the Client with legal services for the execution of documents, and the Client undertakes to accept and pay for these services.
3. Procedure for the provision of services
3.1. The terms of service are indicated on the Contractor's website and may be revised for objective reasons with prior notice to the Customer.
3.2. The cost of services shall be determined by the current tariffs of the Contractor and agreed with the Customer before payment.
4. Rights and obligations of the parties
4.1 The Contractor undertakes to:
Provide services of the proper quality within the specified timeframe.
Guarantee the confidentiality of the Customer's information.
Return the original documents to the Customer after the work is completed.
4.2. The Customer undertakes to:
Provide all necessary documents and information.
Pay for services in a timely manner.
Immediately report any changes in contact information.
5. Payment and liability
5.1. Payment for services shall be made in the amount of 100% of the work commenced to the current account of the Contractor.
5.2. In case of unilateral refusal of the Customer from the services:
6. Force majeure
6.1. The Parties shall be released from liability for failure to fulfill the terms of the Agreement due to force majeure circumstances, in particular: natural disasters, military operations, decisions of state authorities, malfunctions of state registers, etc.
7. Dispute resolution
7.1. All disputes and disagreements shall be resolved through negotiations, and in case of failure to reach an agreement - in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine in court.
8. 8. Final provisions
8.1. The Agreement shall enter into force from the moment of its acceptance by the Customer.
8.2. The Contractor reserves the right to make changes to this offer with mandatory prior disclosure to the Customers.
